RESOLVED: BannerWeb Login Page Unavailable

WHAT: BannerWeb Login Page Unavailable

WHEN: 10/18/16 at 8:35AM

Current Status: Open

Description: **UPDATE:  The issue has been resolved and all Banner services (Internet Native Banner and Banner Self-Service) are once again available.

The login page to access BannerWeb services does not load and displays an error message.  I&TS is aware of the issue and is working to find a quick resolution.

Service(s) Impacted: Internet Native Banner and Banner Self-Service

Estimated Time to Resolution or Next Update: 10/18/16 at 9:15AM

Root Cause / Continuous Improvement: To be determined.
