Description: From approximately 1:00PM to 4:30PM PST on Sunday, February 22, one of PLU’s mail servers experienced an unplanned service disruption that affected emails sent from Sakai but not emails sent from PLU Gmail. Emails sent from Sakai during this time will likely not have reached recipients. Therefore, anyone who has sent email notifications via Sakai during this time may want to resend them. Since 4:30PM on Sunday, emails sent from Sakai are being received. If you have questions or concerns, please email sakai@plu.edu.

Root Cause / Continuous Improvement: Regarding the service disruption, PLU Information & Technology Services have identified the root cause and are working on implementing a more robust fix.
