WHAT:  Qualtrics Unplanned Service Disruption

*** UPDATE *** February 16, 7:25am PT - Access to Qualtrics is now restored. If you see the error message "PLU ePass Authentication - Stale Request", you may need to clear your browser cache. Instructions for clearing the cache of various browsers can be found at https://kb.iu.edu/d/ahic

Description:  The Qualtrics online survey tool (https://plu.qualtrics.com/) has been unavailable at least since the first reported incident Tuesday morning, February 14. After authenticating through PLU's login system, users are redirected to an error page that displays a message about an "Unhandled exception". I&TS staff are coordinating with Qualtrics support staff to restore this service as soon as possible.

Library hold requests not working

WHAT: Library hold requests not working

WHEN: 02/14/18

Current Status: Open

Description: When attempting to place holds through the WorldCat catalog, you will see an error that says "Your search resulted in no hits".

Service(s) Impacted: Library

Workarounds: Search for the same item in the classic catalog until the issue is resolved.
