Description: The Qualtrics online survey tool (https://plu.qualtrics.com/) has been unavailable at least since the first reported incident Tuesday morning, February 14. After authenticating through PLU's login system, users are redirected to an error page that displays a message about an "Unhandled exception". I&TS staff are coordinating with Qualtrics support staff to restore this service as soon as possible.
