Update (12/21/2022 7:00 PM): System maintenance has concluded and ePass Single Sign-On service is available for use.

Description: System maintenance will be performed on the ePass Single Sign-On service on Wednesday, December 21 at 6:00 PM, which will take an estimated 1 hour to complete. During this time, ePass Single Sign-On will be disrupted intermittently, which will affect login to online services, such as Banner, Gmail, Sakai, Help Desk, etc. Users who are already logged into these services when maintenance begins should not experience service disruptions.

Internet Service Outage (Intermittent) for Critical Maintenance -- Friday, December 16, 2022 06:00PM-10:00PM

WHAT: Internet Service Outage (Intermittent) for Critical Maintenance

WHEN: 12/16/2022  Duration: Beginning shortly after 6:00PM and completed before 10:00PM

WHERE: PLU Main Campus

Current Status: Complete

Description: I&TS will be performing critical maintenance on our campus firewalls and associated network infrastructure.  During this period several brief Internet service disruptions will result in loss of Internet access from the campus network and loss of connectivity to campus from off-campus locations.

During this work most on-campus connectivity for computer logon, printing, and access to core services like Sakai and Banner should continue operating, but off-campus access to these services will be disrupted.  Similarly, access from on-campus to services provided from off-campus providers (Google Workspace, Zoom, etc.) will not function but will generally work for users located off-campus.
