WHAT:  PLU Search & Directory Maintenance

WHEN:  06/03/17  Duration:  6:00am-6:30am PT

Description:  On Saturday, June 3, 2017 between 6:00am to 6:30am, maintenance will be performed on the PLU Search & Directory system (https://search.plu.edu). Search results for people, departments, and organizations will not be disrupted during this maintenance. However, for a few minutes during this interval, search results for PLU web pages may be disrupted such that users might observe no results returning for the keyword searches they perform. An update to this notice will be posted once the maintenance is complete.

Sakai Scheduled Maintenance & Turnitin Upgrade - Sat., June 3

*** UPDATE *** June 3, 6:19AM PT - Sakai is back online. The planned maintenance is complete.

*** UPDATE *** June 3, 6:00AM PT - Sakai is currently offline for planned maintenance. The Sakai Support team is working to restore this service by 6:30AM (if not before).

WHAT:  Sakai Scheduled Maintenance & Turnitin Upgrade

WHEN:  06/03/17  Duration:  6:00-6:30am PT

Description:  On Saturday, June 3, 2017, Sakai will be out of service from 6:00am to 6:30am PT for maintenance and for upgrading the Turnitin service, which is used via the Sakai Assignments tool to check for originality and plagiarism in student papers. At this time Turnitin will shift to a new user interface called Feedback Studio. Feedback Studio combines Turnitin Originality Reports and Grademark Tools into a single toolbar. If you use Turnitin in your courses, check out the blog posting “Transition to Turnitin Feedback Studio on June 3, 2017” for an overview of what to expect with this update and how you can prepare for using the new interface.
