*RESOLVED* Ricoh Printing Unavailable

WHAT: *RESOLVED* Users are unable to print to the Ricoh printers on campus

WHEN: 10/11/17 8:15AM

WHERE: Campus wide

Current Status: Resolved

Description: As of this morning, most users are unable to print to the Ricoh printers on campus.  We are troubleshooting this issue to determine the cause and will update the post when the printers are back online.

*UPDATE*: This issue has been resolved and printing should now be working properly again.  If you are still having problems, please contact the I&TS Help Desk at 253-535-7525 to have someone assist you with resolving the issue.
