WHAT:  Unplanned ePass Authentication Disruption

WHEN:  03/24/19  Duration:  approx. 1:15pm - 1:33pm

Current Status:  Resolved

Description:  Around 1:15 - 1:33pm on Wednesday, March 24, an unplanned service disruption occurred affecting logins and roster lookups in Sakai. I&TS staff have implemented a provisional restoration of these services and will continue to monitor the situation and identify root cause.

Service(s) Impacted:  ePass login services impacting Sakai, Banner, Gmail, Google Apps, Campus Calendar, PLU Help Desk, Campus Network, etc.
