Current Status: Open
Description: Information & Technology Services will be working with a vendor to replace our campus firewalls during this outage period. The actual service interruption duration is difficult to determine, so we are reserving the entire evening for this work.
Disruptions will likely vary from complete loss of Internet access to one or more specific services being unavailable for a short period of time. I&TS will work to minimize the impact throughout the work period, but may take services offline as necessary to test and complete all of the work necessary to ensure stable services going forward.
*Special Note* In the event we are unable to complete the work on Wednesday, December 17th, it may be necessary to perform additional work during a similar period of time on Thursday, December 18th. At this time no work is planned for Thursday and we will update this notice in the event that may become necessary.
