Description: UPDATE: As of 6;45 am the issue with the server has been resolved and all Banner Services (INB and Self-Serivce) are once again available.
Original Post:
We are currently experiencing an issue with the primary database server for Banner. As a result, services reliant on Banner including Banweb (aka Banner Self-Service), INB, & various reporting systems, are offline or unable to complete some operations.
I&TS is actively working on a resolution and will provide an update as soon as possible.
Service(s) Impacted: All Banner connected services including, Internet Native Banner & Banner Self-Service
Workarounds: None at this time
