Etrieve service was restored this morning around 8:00am after identifying the missing configuration element.
*Original Post*
Late this afternoon, the Etrieve service went offline. I&TS staff has been investigating the cause of the outage, but has yet to identify a cause or determine a path to service restoration. We will continue to troubleshoot and work with our support resources to restore service as soon as possible.
