RESOLVED: Banner Self-Service Currently Unavailable

Current Status: Resolved

Description: UPDATE:  Access to Banner Self-Service has been restored.  The root cause of this issue has not been determined however I&TS staff will continue to monitor and research the situation.

At approximately 1:00 pm today, Thursday, November 14th, I&TS began to receive notification that Banner Self-Service is unavailable.  Members of the Information Systems team are currently working to identify the issue and hope to have a resolution soon.  This message will be updated as soon as more information is available or when the issue has been resolved.
