Description: UPDATE: The issue has been resolved. All data entry is working as expected.
The October postal update for Clean Address was applied to Banner production late on November 7th. This update appears to have created an issue with generating new, or updated existing addresses. Users will get error messages in Administrative Pages and Self-Service when entering or updating addresses, but are not prevented from saving the records as unverified.
We have an urgent ticket with Runner Technologies and hope to have a resolution soon. This post will be updated when the issue is resolved.
