BanServe3 unavailable during update - Thursday, February 6th 3:30PM - 6:30PM

**UPDATE 7:30pm**  BanServe3 has been migrated to a newer server and is back in service.  Tests indicate that all shares and services are running normally but users should report any issues to the Help Desk for review by the systems team.

WHAT: BanServe3 unavailable while being updated

WHEN: 02/06/2020  3:30pm to 6:30pm Duration: 3 hours

Current Status: Completed

Description: The BanServe3 server will be upgraded to a newer server and improved access.  This will mean that the Banner Output share, the Departments share (Access databases), and Banner documentation share will all be inaccessible until the work is completed.

Service(s) Impacted: Banner shares

Workarounds: None
