***Completed*** Planned internet Service Outage - Wednesday, Aug. 19th 2020, 4:30PM to 6:00PM

WHAT: PLU Internet Connection Planned Maintenance

WHEN: 08/19/2020 Duration: 4:30PM - 6:00PM

WHERE: Internet Service In & Out of Campus including VPN

Current Status: Closed

Description: In order to improve service to campus one of our service providers is replacing our connection.  This new connection needs to be tested then switched over from the old connection.  This will cause a series of disruptions to our Internet service, including VPN services.  Every effort will be made to minimize the disruption during the maintenance period, but users should anticipate possibly one or two disruptions typically lasting a few minutes each time during the maintenance period.

Service(s) Impacted: All Campus Network services including, but not limited to, Sakai, Banner, G Suite, Campus Calendar, Web Help Desk, ePass, Library online resources, & Xfinity on Campus TV

Next Update: Following completion of work at approximately 6:10PM
