*** UPDATE *** Friday, Oct. 23, 8:00am - I&TS staff have initiated the planned web service transition for PLU Help Desk (helpdesk.plu.edu). This service will become available by 5:00pm if not before.
WHEN: 10/23/20 Duration: 8:00am - 5:00pm (US Pacific)
Description: On Friday, October 23, 2020, Information and Technology Services (I&TS) will be transitioning the PLU Help Desk (helpdesk.plu.edu) to a new online request and issue tracking system. I&TS staff will begin this transition at 8:00am (US Pacific), at which point no online ticketing service will be available. During this transition period, you will still be able to submit help requests either by email at helpdesk@plu.edu or by calling the Help Desk directly at 253-535-7525. The web service transition is estimated to be completed by 5:00pm with the new service accessible online at helpdesk.plu.edu. When the transition is complete, I&TS staff will post an update to this notice.
