*** UPDATE *** Friday, Apr. 9, 10:41am - I&TS staff have resolved the root issue causing delays for clients using Firefox and while connected through PLU's VPN (e.g., through FortiClient). Firefox users who still experience inordinate delays when connecting to chili.plu.edu may need to exit Firefox and restart it for faster responses. Other problems connecting to chili.plu.edu may require clearing your browser's cache. I&TS staff will continue to monitor these issues.
*** UPDATE *** Friday, Apr. 9, 9:06am - I&TS staff are also observing slow connection times to chili.plu.edu when using Firefox and while connected through PLU's VPN (e.g., through FortiClient). I&TS staff are continuing to work on this to resolve the issue as soon as possible, at which point an update to this notice will be posted.
*** UPDATE *** Friday, Apr. 9, 8:23am - I&TS staff are observing that some connections to Sakai request forms and other web services on chili.plu.edu are working as expected, while others are still not being routed as intended. I&TS staff are continuing to work on this to resolve the issue as soon as possible, at which point an update to this notice will be posted.
*** UPDATE *** Friday, Apr. 9, 6:00am - Sakai request forms and other web services on chili.plu.edu are currently offline or may be intermittently disrupted for planned maintenance. I&TS staff are working to restore these services by 7:30am (if not before).
