**RESOLVED** Help Desk Ticketing System Down

WHAT: Helpdesk.plu.edu is currently down

WHEN: 04/06/21, 8:00AM

Current Status: Resolved

Description: The service that we use for the I&TS ticketing system (Jira Service Management) is currently down and not accessible.  We are working to identify the problem and will post an update when we have more information.

**UPDATE** 9:08AM - The service has been restored and we are looking into the root cause of the issue
