Current Status: Resolved
Description: Attempting to log in to UpToDate through the library website link redirects the user to a specific account, and they are informed the account is expired.
Service(s) Impacted: Library
Workarounds: Logging in directly via uptodate.com, using the credentials created on that site, should work. Unfortunately new accounts cannot be created this way.
Estimated Time to Resolution or Next Update: This issue has now been resolved and users should be able to re-authorize and log in with their ePasses using the library link.
Root Cause / Continuous Improvement: An authentication setting needed to be adjusted following a server upgrade.
