PLU Help Desk Web Service Unavailable for Upgrade - Wed., Aug. 9

*** UPDATE *** Wednesday, Aug. 9, 10:33am - PLU Help Desk is back online. The planned upgrade is complete. 

WHAT:
  PLU Help Desk Web Service Unavailable for Upgrade

WHEN:  08/09/23  Duration:  8:30am - 3:00pm (US Pacific)

Description:  On Wednesday, August 9, 2023, Information and Technology Services (I&TS) will migrate the PLU Help Desk (helpdesk.plu.edu) to new servers and upgrade the web service. This transition will begin at 8:30am (US Pacific), at which point no online ticketing service will be available. During this time, you will still be able to submit help requests either by email at helpdesk@plu.edu or by calling the Help Desk directly at 253-535-7525. The web service upgrade is estimated to be completed by 3:00pm with the new service accessible online at the same URL: helpdesk.plu.edu. When the upgrade is complete, I&TS staff will post an update to this notice.
