Current Status: Resolved
Description: I&TS Has had multiple reports from off-campus users that are unable to log into PLU resources such as Sakai and Banner. This appears to be localized to people connecting via the Lightcurve ISP (formerly Rainier Connect). The issue has been reported to Lightcurve, but we encourage users to report this directly to them as well to make them aware of the scope of the issue.
***UPDATE 12/14/23 at 4:41pm***: The connection issue appears to now be resolved, but further testing will be done to confirm this over then next few days.
Service(s) Impacted: Sakai, Banner
Workarounds: Connecting from a phone hot-spot that is using cell data (data usage fees may apply)
