Description: **Update** While the original cause of today’s INB outage has yet to be determined, a workaround has been established and the database is once again available.
At approximately 2:30pm today, we received notification that staff were unable to log into INB. Banner Self Service continues to be available. We are researching the issue and will update this post as soon as the problem has been resolved.
Service(s) Impacted: INB (Internet Native Banner) only. Banner Self Service continues to be available.
Workarounds: None
Root Cause / Continuous Improvement: To be determined.
