Sakai, WHD, & FormAssembly Email Notification Issues

*** UPDATE *** Oct. 23, 2015, 10:03am PDT - At approximately 10 am, the PLU mail server has been restored, and emails sent via Sakai, Web Help Desk, FormAssembly, and other webforms are now being sent. Nevertheless, emails sent from Sakai and these other services between 10pm last night and 10am this morning will likely not have reached recipients. Therefore, anyone who has sent email notifications via these services during this period may want to resend them.

WHAT: Sakai, Web Help Desk, and FormAssembly Email Notification Issues

WHEN: 10/23/15

Current Status: Open

Description: From approximately 10:00PM PDT on Thursday, October 22, one of PLU’s mail servers experienced an unplanned service disruption that affected emails sent from Sakai, Web Help Desk, FormAssembly, and some other webforms, but not emails sent from PLU Gmail. Emails sent from Sakai and these other services during this time will likely not have reached recipients. Therefore, anyone who has sent email notifications via these services during this time may want to resend them. If you have questions or concerns, please email sakai@plu.edu.
