Description: *Update* We received followup information from our ISP that their carrier performed "scheduled" maintenance during a maintenance window that they did not notify our ISP about. The full disruption ended up lasting from approximately 12:45am until 1:35am. All services appear to be fully restored and no continued issues are anticipated.
*Original Post* For a couple of minutes our primary Internet connection dropped along with more than a dozen other customers. Our primary ISP noted the issue and is investigating the cause with their carrier. No additional outage is expected, though this outage was unplanned and given the unknown cause no certainty can be applied to the possibility of a recurrence at this time.
