Mail Services Disrupted on Various Systems

**UPDATE**  The mail services on the affected systems has been restored as of Noon, 4/1/2016.  We apologize for the disruption and please report any further problems to the HelpDesk.

WHAT: Mail Services Disrupted on Various Systems

WHEN: 04/01/16  Duration: Since the afternoon of 3/31/16

WHERE: On-Campus

Current Status: Open

Description: There appears to be problem with outgoing mail being sent from various systems.  Scanners, Sakai, and the PLU HelpDesk are among those that have been identified so far.

Service(s) Impacted: Scanners, Sakai, Web Help Desk, (there may be others)

Workarounds: None

Estimated Time to Resolution or Next Update: Noon of 4/1/2016

Root Cause / Continuous Improvement: Ham had to be cured.
