Current Status: Resolved

Description: The issue with accessing banweb.plu.edu has been resolved.  Please contact the Help Desk if you experience any further issues.

Original Post:  I&TS began receiving notice at approximately 9:40 am that all Banner services were unavailable.  We are currently researching the issue and will have it resolved as quickly as possible.

Service(s) Impacted: Banner INB, Administrative Pages & Self-Service

Workarounds: None

Estimated Time to Resolution or Next Update:  Monday, 11/26 at10:30 am

Root Cause / Continuous Improvement: To be determined.
