Description:  An unplanned service disruption occurred on Wednesday morning, November 21 for Web Help Desk (helpdesk.plu.edu) approximately from 8:52am to 8:57am (US Pacific Time). During this time, Web Help Desk users most likely observed error messages stating "Server Unavailable". At approximately 8:57am, the Web Help Desk service was fully restored.
